Health & Safety and Risk Assessments
Once instructed as Managing Agents for your development, we will instruct a Health and Safety consultant to carry out a full Health and Safety Risk Assessment for all communal areas, both internal and external.
The Risk Assessments will include all areas of Health and Safety, including the provision of a Fire Risk
Assessment. By carrying out the Health and Safety Audit the consultant will highlight and document any areas of concerns and furthermore provide recommendations to ensure the development meets all compliance under the current legislation.
Should any concerns be highlighted within the report, contractors will be instructed to carry out all necessary actions to restore compliance under "the Act".
