Annual General Meetings:
Amendments made to the 2006 Companies Act mean that there is no longer a requirement for Residential Management Companies to hold Annual General Meetings.
Unless the changes have been reflected in the Memorandum and Articles of Association for the limited company, some residents feel that they wish meetings to be held.
Should you be hard of hearing we can provide a qualified BSL Sign Language Interpreter to assist in the communication of any meeting. This is a chargeable service and will require at least 2 weeks' notice in advance of the meeting date for the arrangements to be made on your behalf.
Should you have a physical disability please do make one of the team members aware, as this is especially helpful when planning the resident meetings to ensure there is adequate disability access should it be required.
