Company Accounts for Residential Management Companies

Upon Merlin Estates being instructed as agents for an established development, we will ensure the last three years of accounts are sent to our independent firm of Chartered Accountants for inspection.

 We would also request a Trial Balance to be provided for the current year which is also passed over to the accountants.  In addition, our accountants will make representation to the previous company requesting “professional clearance” and any Authentication Codes required for on line filing at Companies House.

Our residential management companies are out sourced to an independent firm of Chartered Accountants with view to meeting compliance under the Companies Act. In addition it provides positive transparency for our clients.

Our Accountant will provide a draft set of Annual Statutory accounts for resident directors to approve before filing at Companies House, followed by a set of Service Charge Statement Accounts for distributing to all the property owners.
